Hello!! Welcome back to another episode of Seek Therapy Podcast! This week we are discussing how to reclaim your time by setting them boundaries! In this episode we discuss:
- what boundaries are + what they aren't
- why it may be a struggle for you to maintain them
- how we navigate boundaries in relationships + at work with examples of strategies we use
Just remember you can hit the gym for 3 hours a day, walk 12,000 steps, and only eat grass.. but if you're ignoring the things going on in your head and your heart... you're still not truly healthy... so gone ahead and seek therapy!
