This week Jaz, Joe, and Julie get right into it. Being black in America, and all the ways we are reminded of our blackness. We discuss the Botham Jean case, and we discuss how EXHAUSTED we are of the system that continuously lets black people and other people of color down. Since recording, yet another black woman was killed IN HER OWN HOME. Tune in as we navigate being black in a country that constantly tells us we are less than white people. Just remember you can hit the gym, run around LA, and do crossfit, but if you are neglecting the things going on in your head and heart, you're still not truly healthy! Seek therapy, and put a friend on. Connect with us online on insta @seektherapypodcast @ilyyjayy @cone_crash @lookitsjulie and twitter @seektherapypod @ilyyjayy @TheConedBandit @julieannmiris
