This week we talk about one of our favorite self care activities, working out. Whether you take the long way walking your pup, taking a hike with some friends or hitting the gym to burn some calories and improve your mood.... working out has amazing mental and physical benefits. Going outside and being active is a great way to improve your mental health, and we discuss ways to get started... As always remember you can drink the wheat grass shot, eat the kale salad, and do 50 pilates classes weekly, but if you're ignoring the things going on in your head and heart... you're still not truly healthy! So gone ahead and seek therapy, all the cool kids are doin it.
